Named after the Basque word for 'flower,' Lorea is Chef Oswaldo Oliva's Roma Norte townhouse for creative Mexican cooking grounded in his Mugaritz years. One seven-course seasonal tasting menu, themed each quarter around an element of Mexican culture-huitlacoche taco with requesón and pipicha oil, fried chili with eggplant and blue cheese, baby corn with romeritos and caviar. Michelin Selected by the Michelin Guide 2024, 2025, and 2026. Lorea is listed again in the 2026 Michelin Guide; the Roma Norte townhouse seats only a handful of tables each night, making chef Oswaldo Oliva's tasting menu one of the harder reservations in the neighborhood.
